Plan & Prepare Vegan Meals...

 

I currently teach 6 nutrition lessons for every grade level using a variety of cultures including 

African, Asian, Middle eastern, and Latin. We study why foods are available in their places of origin and how those foods have been adapted to the culture.  Recipes are simple, so they can be replicated easily and include a variety of vegetables, legumes, seeds and grains and are nut free for the school environment. Recipes can be easily adapted for your home and family with an emphasis on getting your family to eat healthy foods.
